Is there a limit to the number of users I can add in QTrak?

What support does QTrak offer?

QTrak offers LIVE customer support
The QTrak support line is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET. QTrak’s support team is located in King of Prussia, PA. QTrak customers work closely with their account manager and can reach out to them at any time.

Is QTrak a cloud-based system? What is needed from IT?

Yes, QTrak is a cloud-based system and it is not very IT-intensive.
QTrak is a free app on Apple (iOS) or Android devices and all transactions completed on the app go real-time through the cloud technology back to the QTrak website. Devices using QTrak simply need to be connected to the network in order for the data to go real-time to the QTrak website. Any transactions scanned while devices are not connected to the network will save to a “Pending Transaction Queue” and can be pushed through once the device is connected to the network.
